    AF&B founded 1995 by Lawrence and Daryl
    Binsky.
    In 2010 AF&B went into a contract with Avanti
    Market system.
    - Exclusive territorial rights which included
    Columbus.
    AF&B establishing Avanti Kiosk division and
    Vending division.

    AF&B acquired 7 new customers for the Avanti


    Kiosk.
    Contract allowed company to achieve superior
    performance.
    Decided to establish more Avanti Kiosk
    Locations.
