Standard #6 Assessment: The teacher understands how to
connect concepts and use differing perspectives to engages
learners in critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative
problem solving related to authentic local and global issues
Brief Description: Create and present a powerpoint evaluation
of a contemporary issue in the teaching profession.
Rationale: This powerpoint is a great assessment of the
common core state standards and we are using different
perspectives to evaluate how the common core state
standards affects the learning process in schools.
