Heart and soul being kept

Proverb 4:23 “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it [are] the issues of life.”
Out of the abundance of the heart he mouth speaketh. (“O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil,
speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.” Matthew 12:34) (—One
reason why it’s so important to keep heart.)

1 Thessalonians 5:23 “And the very Elohiym of peace sanctify you wholly; and [I pray Elohiym] your whole
spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Adoneynu Yeshua ha Mashiyach.”
Our spirit and soul are what need to be preserved. Either we are motivated by the Holy Ghost or by the
adversary. As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. (“” Proverb 23:7)

Job feared Elohiym and eschewed evil. (“There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name [was] Job; and
that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared Elohiym, and eschewed evil.” Job 1:1)

Elohiym came to deliver us, so none of us has an excuse. We need to be strengthened in he inner man by
His Spirit. (“That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by
his Spirit in the inner man;” Ephesians 3:16)

“And grieve not the Holy Spirit of Elohiym, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.” (Ephesians
4:30)

There are different things that can keep us, preserve us—His Word, standards that have been given to us.
(“… When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of Yahveh shall lift up a standard against him.”
Isaiah 59:19)

Proverb 2:8 “He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.” If we are in that
place of earnestly seeking Him.

Psalm 61:6,7 “Thou wilt prolong the king's life: [and] his years as many generations. He shall abide before
Elohiym for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, [which] may preserve him.”

Psalm 40:11 “Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Yahveh: let thy lovingkindness and thy
truth continually preserve me.”

Matthew 26:41 “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed [is] willing, but the
flesh [is] weak.”

Be quickened to pray.

“… lead us not into temptation; …” (Luke 11:4)
