The design point performance parameter of the pump: Refer to the contract. 2, Structure description (Refer to the pump structure drawing specified by the contract) ‘The pump is vertical, double casings centrifugal pump, there is an induced wheel at its suction. Suction and discharge nozzles of the pump are all above the foundation. The shaft seal of the pump is mechanical seal, axial thrust is balanced by pump body. The structure is easy to overhaul, the inlet and outlet pipelines are not necessary to dismantle when overhaul, the whole work part of the pump can be lifted out only dismantle the motor. The pump consists of tow parts: the pump barrel, the work part. (1) The pump barrel ‘The pump barrel is welded with steel plate, there is a degassing pipe on the barrel, the gas in pump barrel is drained in to the condensator in time by the degassing pipe. (2) The work part @® pump body The pump body is divided in two parts, the suction bell mouth pipe and middle section. The suction bell mouthed pipe is mainly acted as guide flow guide the liquid absorbed by induced wheel into the first stage impeller the suction bell mouthed pipe is connected with the middle section.
