Thank you for your email below to which Mr Thomas has asked me to respond.

I understand that the Councils Allocations Manager was contacted by A2 Dominion


and notified that the cost of repairing the property to a habitable state was
prohibitive and therefore it would be sold. As a result, the Allocations Manager
authorized a PDEC (Permanent Decant) status on Ms Shaws application, which is
within his remit. As this would have been a routine issue, it is likely that it would have
been by way of a telephone conversation or email. It is extremely unlikely that a
meeting would have taken place to consider the matter. I cannot confirm what
happened at the moment because the Allocations Manager is currently on leave.
