Remote Fob Programming (Plips) Peugeot and Citroen

Following transponder key programming it may be necessary to learn the high frequency
remote locking PLIP feature. The procedures for each model are detailed below.

406 and 605 Deadlocking (1 button PLIP)

These vehicles are supplied new with a Primary and a Secondary PLIP. There are labelled
inside PRIM or SEC.

Insert the key in the ignition barrel and switch the ignition to ON

Press the large PLIP button for the Primary PLIP.

Repeat for the Secondary PLIP within 10 seconds.

Switch the ignition to OFF.
