Give students a choice in terms of how and what they learn


Sensitive to time and schedules because they focus a lot on present and not
look forward to the future (dont work with schedules)
Emphasize cooperative and collaborative learning
Use student directed small groups
Allow time for thought
Provide visual learning aids, especially for new or different material
Present new material through as many different learning modes as possible
Hesitant to perform publically because of a fear of not doing their best or
getting it wrong
Deal with hands-on learning experiences that relate to real life
o Visual learners
Value cooperative learning and group collaboration work
Observation-before they act they will take time to observe and learn and
when they are ready they will act on it
Unity in the classroom
Circular desks because it allows for freedom of movement and group
activities
Allow wait-time for responses
Adapt the instructional pace to the speed of the students
Allow students time to practice before performing a task
