Thinking & Doing (CBT) Model

Trigger
It is helpful to think of problems by considering what you are thinking,
feeling, how you feel in your body, and what you do.

For Example:
1. A boy sees a dog barking (Trigger) and thinks its going to bite
me (Thought), his heart beats fast (Body Sensation), he feels
scared (Feeling), and he runs away (Behaviour).
