TOURISM OBJECTS IN KOTA TENGAH
Kota Tengah is one of the subdistricts in Kota Gorontalo. There are some villages located
in Kota Tengah, such as, Kelurahan Liluwo, Kelurahan Pulubala, Kelurahan Paguyaman,
Kelurahan Dulalowo and etc. There are some tourism objects that can be found in Kota
Tengah.
Culinary tourism is one of the tourism aspects which are demanded by many people to
fulfill their desire and taste. It is the most important thing because it is the daily need for
human who lives in the earth. Therefore, culinary tourism is the most favorite tourism for
both consumer and seller. Consumer gets advantage to fulfill the taste and gives benefit for
people who work that cannot have time to cook or eat in their own houses. Then, seller gets
advantage to develop the business market.
Liluwo and Dulalowo are known for its cuisine and food. There are many small shops
can be found in a long of the street. It is one of the canteens in Liluwo that located in the
intersection in Selayar Street beside the Kompi D. It sells many kinds of foods such as, nasi
putih, nasi kuning, nasi goreng and etc. There are some canteen nearby the place as well,
such as, the canteen of Bakso.

There are many canteens along the Kalimantan Street that provide consumer many types
and kinds of food and drink. It helps consumer to choose what they want based on their
desire and taste. The consumers are from many kinds of ages, jobs and culture. They come
for many reasons, whether for eating or to taste the different kinds of food that they never
had eaten before. That is the culinary tourism for. Some of the canteens are for the Javanese
