Today's date is Saturday, August 9, 2014, the time is approximately 4:45 p.m. This is Detective Thisis a second interview with witness A you said you had approached me, or you approached me and said that you had somethin’ that you wanted to add to your statement, is that correct? Yeah, um, the only thing is a, when | was at the window when | saw the altercation, the guy ran... heard the shootin’, that’s when | saw the cop gets out the car just when I was still Did you say you heard shots first? Yeah, | heard the shots first. Okay. | was still at the window. That’s when he got-got out of the car and | heard the shots. That's what drew me to outside so | could see what's goin’ on. Uh huh. ‘And a, | guess the guy did get hit ‘cause he turned around back towards facing the cop kinda walkin’ back towards him slow curled up and he let go three, four shots back at him. Okay, say that for me, he turned around, he started wal..curled over and started walkin’. Yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah. towards the officer?ber. Der. ber. Der. ber. Der. Der. Der. Der. Well, yeah, like he was hit and he shot him three or four times and that’s when he hit the ground, Okay, so when you're in the-in the just so | can clarify, when you're in your bedroom window, the officer's still in the car. No-no. He wasn'tiin it. He-he-he hopped out then. He hopped out after when the guy ran from his window. Okay. So, whatever that alterca...altercation was. When did-when-did you hear the first two gunshots, you said you heard gunshots? | was-I was in the window. ‘And, where was the officer at that point? That he was still in the car. That’s when | saw the altercation, whenever it was happenin’ Inthe car. and the guys ran. Okay. And, that’s when he immediately hopped out the car and did his first two shots. Okay. And that’s when okay-okay | need to go outside, Gotcha, That's when | went outside and obviously he got hit and he was curled up and he kinda like walkin’ towards him just a little bit and he let go three or four more shots and that’s when he hit the ground. Okay. But, | was at t he window. That’s when | did see the, as soon as he ran, hhe hops out the car and get..starts shootin’, 2ber. Okay. That's it. ber. Okay. That'll conclude the interview.
