Sub: Supply of lab equipment-Lab Muffle Furnace
Quotation called for.
Quotations are invited from interested vendors for the supply of lab equipment to
Rubber Training Institute, Rubber Board, Kottayam. Sealed quotations super scribing
QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF LAB EQUIPMENTLAB MUFFLE FURNACE
with the following specifications showing the price, taxes, packing and forwarding charges,
terms of delivery etc, shall be furnished to Director (Training), Rubber Training Institute,
Rubber Board, Kottayan-9 on or before 09/11/2012 at 3.00 pm. The quotations will be opened
on the same day at 3.30 pm in the presence of the vendors present.

Terms and Conditions

1. Items not upto the specification or defective are liable to rejection and removal at
the suppliers expense.
2 Sales Tax and other levies will be paid as applicable.
3 Articles which are liable to be damaged in transit have to be insured by the supplier.
4 100% payment after satisfactory delivery and installation of the item at the Rubber
Training Institute.
5 Replacement warranty shall be for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of
installation and commissioning.
6 The undersigned reserves the right to reject any/all offers without assigning any
reasons there to, if so needed.
