10 Drive Test

CRITERIA
a. Signal level RSCP of -90 dBm or better for 95% of
target area at High Rise (above level 10) and
Signal level RSCP of 92 dBm or better for 95% of
target area at Low Rise (Below level 10).
b. Signal level RSCP of -85 dBm Idle Mode
c. EcNo Value of 0 thru -12dB for 95% of data
collected to meet criteria a.
d. EcNo value of 0 thru -12dB for 95% of data Idle
e. Drop call rate of maximum 2% for all calls
made to meet criteria a.
f. HO Success rate of 100% for all calls made to
meet criteria a.
g. Demonstrate smooth handover to outdoor
sites at all public entry/exit points of the
building including car parking.
h. Perimeter of building should be served by
outdoor sites.
i. Coverage inside each public elevator should
be sufficient to maintain a phone call.
j. Detail floor plans, vertical and horizontal
designs, and antenna placement drawings.
k. Scan all GSM900 and GSM1800 frequencies
owned by Telkomsel.
l. Walk test plots for signal level and quality
(Plots according to Telkomsel specification)
