To whom it may concern:

I am writing to you with regard to Julia Scherger. I have known Julia Scherger as
a neighbour and a friend for the last two years. In that time, I have gotten to known
Julia as a very responsible and organized individual. I believe that she has qualities
that would make her a desirable employee to any corporation.
Julia has demonstrated qualities like great organization, punctuality and
versatility that would make her a great asset as an employee. Julia has displayed a
business minded attitude, proven by her ability to finish school and start her own
business in her country of origin. She has also been able to adapt to her surroundings
while immigrating globally to several countries and successfully finding employment.
Julia has also a desire and ability to excel as shown by her dedication to her business
studies.
