2. Customize our own categories and Assign them to Business Activity Transactions types.
a. Customize our own Categories..
Path: IMG -> CRM -> Transactions ->settings for activities -> Maintain Categories, Goals and
Priorities ->Maintain Categories.

Click on New Entries

B. Assign above created categories to our Transaction type.
Path: iMG -> CRM -> Transactions -> settings for Activities ->Maintain categories, Goals and
Priorities -> Assign Categories to Transactions types.

3. Activate copy controls settings for Business Activities/Task.
Path: IMG -> CRM ->Transactions ->setting for activities -> Activate Copying controls for
Actvities
Click on new Entries

4. Set up group ware integration settings .

Your Busniess Activities and Task can be integrated with These Group ware soft ware, this integration
will be called group ware integration.
