Write a paragraph (at least four sentences) on questions 1 3 (question 4 is optional):
1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this course?

I have learned techniques about building muscles, how to be healthier, and live longer. I have been
educated that weight lifting is healthy for the bones to remain strong even for older people. Your bones
get weaker as you get older and can also break if not careful. It is highly recommended to lift weights.

2. How has learning about and applying lifelong wellness concepts impacted your life (home,
school, work, etc.)?

How exactly? I have learned how to eat healthier food to grow more muscles much faster. Eating more
proteins gives more muscles mass or fat mass depending on what kind of body type you are. If you are a
Genotype you tend to gain more weight faster. If you are a Phenotype you dont gain any weight at all. It
is difficult to find out until you find out by gaining more or less weight.

3. Discuss specific lifelong wellness concepts learned in this course and how you are going to
implement them in your life?
I was not very active when I first entered the Body Tone and Strength class. When the mid-terms were
coming after several weeks of being in the class, the first evaluation test wasnt very good when I had
done all the pushups, sit-ups, and wall sitting. It made me realize that I have to be more active now than
I was in the past. Even when it was near the end of the semester I have improved greatly from where I

was before. I have done more pushups, sit-ups, and wall sitting. I notice that I have gained more
muscles over time. It was amazing how they developed. I am sad that my class is ending and so I will go
on my mission very soon. These techniques will help me to improve continually in my days on my
mission just as well for the rest of my life.
