Dear sales team as you should know the recent performance of your work has
been under the expectations. You must remember that we are a team and your
acts have consequences for the company. We have some proposals for improve
your behaviour that you should follow in order to stay in this company.
The next proposal must be attended:

and resolve the problem.
Have good attitude in your workplace or sales area.

Is important to have a good team in each sector. The sales team have a great
abilities but your team work must improve. You know that the sales area is one of
the most important part of the company and if is not working, the company
probably would go on downhill.
