Aim: To keep the ball of the ground Equipment: A soccer ball Runners [To make it easier] Open Space/ area Steps: 1. First get a soccer ball and make sure youre in an open area 2. Place the ball on the ground, a few centimetres away from your legs 3. With one of your legs roll the ball back onto your foot 4. With the same foot that the balls on the flick the ball up 5. While the ball is up in the air you keep on kicking it and make sure it doesnt touch the ground 6. At this point the ball should still be in the air and you can do whatever you like to keep it up and going Tips: 1. If you get stuck on getting the ball up in the air bounce the ball and start juggling to make it easier 2. Try to keep the ball low as possible to make it easier to control 3. Make sure that you have the appropriate footwear to make it a lot easier
