The City Council of the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea met this date in a Closed Session at
1:32 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, with Mayor Burnett presiding.

Mayor Burnett reported that direction was given to the City Attorney regarding Item 2 &
3 and gave staff direction on Item 1.
