The Rock

What man finds in a rock: stability, for dwelling, for wall, a refuge, protection from weather and evil beasts.
Rocks are old (in general), endure storms. In the natural, men seek to build foundation on rock.

Deuteronomy 32:3,4 “Because I will publish the name of Yahveh: ascribe ye greatness unto Eloheynu. [He
is] the Rock, his work [is] perfect: for all his ways [are] judgment: Elohay of truth and without iniquity, just
and right [is] he.”

Deuteronomy 32:31 “For their rock [is] not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves [being] judges.”

Deuteronomy 32:37-39 “And he shall say, Where [are] their gods, [their] rock in whom they trusted, Which
did eat the fat of their sacrifices, [and] drank the wine of their drink offerings? let them rise up and help
you, [and] be your protection. See now that I, [even] I, [am] he, and [there is] no god with me: I kill, and I
make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither [is there any] that can deliver out of my hand.”

Psalm 18:31 “For who [is] Elohiym save Yahveh? or who [is] a rock save Eloheynu?”

Matthew 7:24,25 “Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him
unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the
winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.”

Matthew 7:26,27 “And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened
unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came,
and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.”

Nothing can prevail against the house built on Elohey Israel. Yeshua said the gates of hell could not
prevail against it. (“And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church;
and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” Matthew 16:18) Upon this rock I will build my church.
