ABSTRACT

One of the important factors that can affect the image of a certain company is customer
relations. Therefore, we propose this suggestion to Gaisano Grand-Digos Branch to offer an idea
for the further improvement of the company.
Hence, this plan involves:
1. Conducting interviews with the staffs.
2. Conducting interviews with randomly selected customers.
3. Identifying the factors that can affect customer relations in Gaisano GrandDigos Branch.
Achieving the above plans will allow the company to have a satisfying relationship with
the customers.
