I already sent you the Circuit, Schematic and PCB files of that circuit.

The circuits i designed is

already tested so you don't need to worry about the working of the circuit. I tested it on
Breadboard as well. You just need to print it on PCB and imbed the mentioned components on it.
Steps:
First of all you need to made this circuit

This circuit will take 120VAC and provide us +14.4V, -15V as mentioned in the figure.
These voltages will be used in next stages.
After this you need to make tank circuit

The output of J1 is then connected to the Induction heater main circuit.

after this the Pin 4 of CD4046 is then connected to the final circuit given below:
