instant writ application and as such
well acquainted with the facts and
circumstanes of the case.

That the present Supplementary counter

affidavit is being filed to the order
of this Hon'ble court dt 7/10/2014.

That in reply of para-17 of the instant

writ application, it is stated and

submitted that the Disciplinary Authority

has stayed the departmental enquiry
against
the Respondent no. 5 vide
letter No. .. dt 29.10.2011 till the
outcome of the
vigilance case which
has been initiated
against him and
the same is in progress
and as soon as
the vigilance case is concluded the
departmental enquiry will be reopened.
Since for the same charge departmental
proceeding as well as vigilance case is
going on.
