Journal Entry Week Four

This week wasnt that exciting and Im starting to wonder if I chose the right
organization to complete my practicum. How do you effectively gain the information and the
knowledge that is required of the practicum experience when the site supervisor is extremely
busy handling matters of the division? The goal for this coming week is to have a one-on-one
meeting with my site supervisor to discuss the learning contract and objectives that I would like
to learn over the remaining weeks of the internship. Hopefully through communication and a
visual guide of learning expectations, we can implement a plan of action that addresses the needs
of all parties involved.
