Project Description

The proposed project location is at Chuping, Perlis as there will develop a new
town, Chuping Valley and also residential township, Putra Height. Thus, the construction
and operation of the shopping complex will convenient and increase lifestyle of resident
at Perlis.
The proposed project cover area of 35,000 m2 and the budget for this project is 40
million. This project is estimate to be complete in coming year 2017 with a construction
period of three and half years.
This shopping complex will have around 200 retail shops in it and each retail shop
is approximately cover 100 m2. Cinema is also include in this mall as there is no cinema
in Perlis. The facilities include lift, escalator, 900 parking lots, pray room, washroom,
reception counter, playground and also park.
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) block is used as the building system of this
shopping complex. The remarkably good insulation properties of AAC block help to save
energy by insulate heat into the building. Autoclaved Aerated Concrete is very airy thus
allowing more diffusion of water, reducing humidity of the building. It also not affected
by harsh climatic conditions and will not degrade under normal atmospheric conditions.
