I assess the Portuguese LetMeGo competitors for SEO success factors such as content analysis,

keywords selection, rankings, internal link structure and site architecture, external link
attraction analysis, search engine results placement and others.
The first step was doing some keyword research and analysis to determine which keywords
will pull in qualified traffic. The selected keywords in Portuguese are: viagem (travel), hoteis
(hotels), aluguer ferias (vacation rentals pt-PT), aluguel ferias (vacation rentals pt-BR),
apartamentos para alugar (apartments for rent).
The next step was to find who the competitors are in the search results of the top three search
engines (google, yahoo, bing) including the Portuguese and Brazilian versions. The result was:

To figure out the competitors SEO strategy I start looking for quick signals that flag who does
not understand SEO, for instance, content buried many levels deep, poorly optimized anchor
text, no signs of an active link building campaign and so forth.
Then I start collecting some information about the selected sites. On the below table we could
find the google page rank, alexa rank, indexed pages, backlinks, etc

My idea was to provide a SWOT analysis for each but Im almost on the 500 limit.
