the role of Cover Supervisor. During her time in that role I found her to be an
intelligent, diligent and flexible team player. She was professional in her approach to
everyone she met; working with both colleagues and students. Her ability to work
with and encourage young people of all ages and abilities was quite apparent, and
pupils enjoyed their lessons when she covered them for absent staff. She was
adaptable and able to think quickly on her feet; essential attributes in the role she
undertook. Her passion for Art and the positive role it could play in the lives of young
people was very evident.
She also contributed beyond her role to the life and community of the school;
helping out with the school productions and supporting the Drama department.
I am very pleased to hear she is undertaking training to become a qualified teacher
and recommend her to you in this capacity.
