Wesolicitoriginaltechnicalpapersarticulatingnovelideas,protocols,andalgorithmswithgroundbreakingresultsand/or
quantifiedexperiencesinvolvingnetworkingsystemsandsecurity.Theconferencevaluespapers,whichwilltakeabroad
