Paul was a part of my team at Canadas Wonderland working within the rides department. He
worked as a Ride Operator and distinguished himself as one of our best employees.
Paul demonstrated excellent customer service while working at his ride. He consistently
ensure that the guests needs were being met, and often exceeded the expectations of our
guests. This involved interacting with the guests, as well as resolving any of their concerns
which they had. Paul also has shown his attention to detail in his work. This position required
him to properly secure riders, which included many intermediate steps which had to be
completed. Paul ensured that these steps were completed and followed up with myself or
another member of the Supervisory team if he had concerns. The work environment which he
was working with, showed his strength of working within a team environment. Paul would
take the initiative to help out his fellow crew members whenever he could, and had no
conflicts with any crew members.
