RELIGION OF AZTEC

In the Aztec empire religion is the

most important part. Aztec people
worshiped the sun of god the most.
They believed they have to offer
someones heart to stop the collapse
of the universe. So they made a
Pyramid. They took a person to the
top of the Pyramid and made him lay
down and the chief priest took out
his heart with a stone knife and put it
on a plate which was propped on the
statue of god. Then the chief priest threw the sacrifice and
the Pyramids stairs were covered with blood.
