To
whom
it
may
concern,
My
name
is
Jessica
Baker
and
I
worked
with
Daiana
Branco
for
about
5
months,
as
she
completed
her
student
co-op
placement
at
the
Senses
Spa,
located
inside
of
the
Sheraton
Hotel
in
Downtown
Toronto.
My
position
at
Senses
Spa
is
as
a
receptionist
and
I
have
worked
here
for
3
year.
I
am
writing
this
recommendation
so
that
you
consider
Daiana
for
the
position
she
is
seeking
to
obtain.
I
found
Daiana
to
be
very
helpful,
kind,
patient
and
friendly
during
her
placement.
She
helped
make
everything
a
breeze
by
staying
on
top
of
her
responsibilities.
Her
main
duties
were:
interacting
with
patients,
completing
housekeeping
routines
to
make
sure
amenities
and
the
facility
were
kept
tidy
and
prepared
for
patients,
and
working
the
front
desk
when
it
was
necessary.
She
demonstrated
great
social
skills
when
interacting
with
the
patients
as
she
greeted
them,
gathered
their
health
history,
took
their
coat,
offered
them
a
beverage
and
snack,
and
finally
showed
the
patient
to
their
room
where
she
offered
them
a
robe;
essential
gestures
that
must
be
exhibited
by
a
massage
therapist
to
provide
an
overall
exceptional
experience.
I
feel
that
Daiana
gained
a
lot
of
front
line
experience
that
is
really
going
to
help
her
in
pursuing
her
future
career
as
a
massage
therapist.
Daiana
is
intelligent,
has
a
great
work
ethic,
positive
attitude,
and
is
extremely
diligent.
She
went
above
and
beyond
her
responsibilities
at
Senses
Spa
and
demonstrated
that
she
is
very
attentive.
I
think
co-op
students
should
be
modelled
after
Daiana
because
of
her
involvement
and
contribution
to
the
Spa.
She
has
exceptional
skills
and
a
bright
future
ahead
of
her.
Sincerely,
Jessica
Baker
