Subject: Re-establishment of classrooms in Technological University of the Philippines, Manila.
As a loyal student of Technological University of the Philippines, I have personally seen and observed the
universities classrooms that needs to be re-establish. I suggest to you, with a great amount of respect this
proposal.
The problem of the classrooms at TUP whether what the building is, is that some of the classrooms are not
well-organized, chairs are rusty, no electric fan, and dirty classrooms. Which are what students need in order for
them to be more focus and dedicated to their studies.
The cure to this problem, I propose that TUP should have more maintenance in cleaning the classrooms for
the universities progress. This proposal details the problems, solutions, and the cost.
The Problem
With a classroom that has no electric fan and rusty chairs, students are having a hard time trying to listen to
their professors. With this scenario, providing what students need is an absolute must. Some of the problems are
the following:
Chairs. What kind of chair will be provided?
Air ventilations. Is there enough electric fan inside a classroom?
Dirty rooms. Will the room be clean always?
TUP Faculty could solve all of this problems.
The Solution
The problems can all be settled.
Chairs. Students can easily sit on a chair but if its rusty, it makes the students uncomfortable because the
uniforms might get dirty. Plastic chairs should be provided.
Air ventilations. This is really one reason why students cant concentrate in their studies. The heat in our country
cannot be controlled, thats why TUP should provide more electric fans.
Dirty rooms. The abundant amount of students in TUP is one of the cause that the room is dirty. It should be
cleaned and organized by the maintenance and some students.
The Cost
Re-establishing a classroom is not as easy as it looks like, list of costs is shown below:
Equipments P200,000
Maintenance P 20,000
Total Cost
P220,000
Conclusion
This proposal has shown the attainability of re-establishing the classrooms in Technological University of the
Philippines, Manila. This is not only for the students but this is also for the University.
