The most shocking thing I have found doing this research is that every meal, even on the smallest size
is a large portion of your daily calorie value. Let's be honest, we don't get the small sizes. That means
that the amount of our daily values these meals take up is much larger than the data here shows. The
most nutritious meal was a tie between mcdonalds and burger king. This made sense to me, because
their burger patties are the thinnest. I thought Wendy's would be the most because they have fairly
thick burger patties, but it was actually Backyard Burger. Honestly, I rarely eat there so I am unsure of
the size of their meals. None of these meals are a healthy option, you would be better off steering
clear of fast food.
