Both readings, Module pgs. 56-66 and MH chapter 13, discuss everything from
the research paper; this is what we are doing for our RWS 1301 class. Basically the
readings explain the importance of data coding, data coding process, visuals, etc. Also,
the readings mentioned the Plotting Strategy. We can use this strategy to write all the
categories of analysis that we have used in our data. Something that I wasnt aware of,
was the Skeleton Outline Strategy. This can help me to organize everything in my
research paper. Personally, writing a research paper can be very challenging because
there is so much information to put together. Mainly my thesis statement is the answer
to my primary question. While writing my research paper I have to include the three
rhetorical appeals of ethos, logos and pathos. Reading all this information helped me
more with my research paper. I expect a good research paper from myself because this
class has taught me to think beyond and to work hard for my final essay. Using all this
techniques are going to help me because that way I can put together all my information.
