Philosophy of Teaching
To maintain an effective learning environment in my classroom, I believe:
Patience and compassion besides honesty, respect, responsibility, and desire to go
forward are my tools to gain my purpose of build honorable and dependable citizens in addition
to great professionals. Is very important to let them know that school is a place in which
everyone is there to learn. I will do students to be knowledge that being in class is for their own
wellness.
The most important aspect of effective teaching is:
Students developing the qualities of being eager to learn, responsible of learning,
participating in class, developing his/her potential, searching for more knowledge, and pursuing
his/her wellness with a well provided education are some important aspects of effective teaching.
Education given may have in consideration students background; first, to know to whom the
class will be addressed; and second, to plan effectively the way in which the class will be given.
With this in mind, students will be able to make a connection between prior and new knowledge
which will lead them to develop new perspectives applicable for their future live.
In terms of homework, I plan:
Students might have homework just for their own benefit. The homework will serve as a
way to make students to work at their own pace and to make sure they mastered the assignment.
In case of having homework, it would be a short assignment.

Classroom management will be:

Specified, applied, and expected since the first day of class. Such examples are: time
(assigning time to start, work, and finish an activity), assignments or bell ringers (given at the
beginning of the class and which must be done individually), permissions (to talk, to leave, etc.),
transitions between activities and/or places, behavior and attitude, and order and organization.
Students learn:
Collaboration and cooperation by working in groups.
Responsibility by working along others and finishing their own assigned job.
Listening by being aware of others comments.
Proposing and discussing ideas by sharing and gathering information from and to others.
These important concepts benefit them by building sense of responsibility and strength of
character.
Discipline works best when:
It is specified since the beginning. Also, by providing and fomenting enthusiasm, support,
motivation respect, and compassion every day to students they will behave properly.
