Reflection

My second college essay was on the cause and effect relationship on

colonialism on Puerto Rico. I honestly feel that, that paper was probably the most
hardest and complex paper I have ever composed. My professor Dr. Pearson gave us
a format to follow, but that just made things a little more difficult. Going to the
writing center, talking with consultants, and also meeting with my professor has
helped realized how to catch mistakes in paper. One of my two biggest mistakes is
writing a paper how I would speak to someone else. Another one of problems was
having a lot of sentence fragments and not realizing it. After overcame those issues
and corrected those mistakes, what gave me my biggest hardship was citations and
creating a work-cited page. But overall I feel that my cause and effect paper was
fairly decent.
