JOURNAL: Rhetorical Analysis
An example of rhetoric that I use on a daily basis is when I am playing video games online and
there are a bunch of ads popping up in the screen, trying to make me purchase upgrades to the video
game. Another rhetoric that I use on a daily basis is when I text my girlfriend or my parents, telling them
that I miss, and love them.

One of the ways that I create rhetoric is in the American Athletic Conference soccer players
ranking. I was ranked #17 out of 200 players in the conference, with the message that I am one of the
best players in not only UCF but in the whole conference.

An example of a rhetoric situation that I was involve in could be when my grandpa passed out, I
was too young to realize what was going on, so my mom was trying to convince me that he was
extremely tired to wake up. She was trying to tell me that I wasn't going to be able to see him or interact
with him because he was just in a deep and peaceful sleep.
