The unique Golden Cross weighting around 450

sovereigns is a proud possession of the church and is kept

under lock and key most of the year and is taken out only
once in a year during the feast and placed in the main altar
for veneration by the devotees.

As we hindus start loosing all the share of wealth for

Manorama and other non hindu organosation and its
patrons. The above church Indian Orthodox Church has
500 sovereign gold cross and other gold ornaments given
by Marthanda Varma.
Hon.CM Oommen Chandy is a member of this Church.
Govt has the moral right to get this gold and use it for
welfare of state like the same request as forwarded for Sri
padmanapbha kshethram
