With an adult at home, brainstorm ways you can use the following habits at home! Help one another
come up with individualized activities or behaviors to Be Proactive, Prioritize and Synergize at home.
Example: Be Proactive: I can be proactive with my homework by designating 25 minutes, immediately after school
to working on school work and missing assignments.

Being proactive is more than taking the initiative; it is accepting responsibility for our own behavior
(past, present and future) and making choices based on principles and values rather than on moods or
circumstances. Proactive people are agents of change and choose not to be victims.
