Mr. Anthony Arbating Javier
is suffering from Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH), a disease
resulting from mutations of genes for enzymes mediating the biochemical
steps of production of cortisol from cholesterol by the steroidogenesis.
After a series of tests and diagnoses, it was found out that Mr. Javier is
specifically suffering from 21-hydroxylase CAH causing non-salt-wasting
CAH, thereby reducing the aldosterone and cortisol levels. This disease
causes an ambiguous genitalia.
This certificate was completed on October 13, 2014.
