Introduction of Portfolio

This portfolio serves as a collective representation of the various works of writing or

other forms of academic material that I have produced during my time in CIS-110. Within this
portfolio website you will find such items as my Islamic culture essay, my cultural portraying
speech, and a miscellaneous accumulation of minor assignments that have played an important
role in my academic development within this class. The essay and speech regarding my cultural
studies of Islam is my primary focus within this portfolio. Both pieces of work strive to capture,
then accurately depict the vast characteristics that Islam has to offer. Specific aspects that are
examined include beliefs, daily life, and how the culture is perceived as a whole.
