Becoming a Reflective Learner

From what I understand a reflective learner can identify his strengths and
weaknesses and utilize that knowledge to improve on his writing. Being aware of
what strategies you use the most and what factors can be implemented to enhance
your writing. A reflective learner should be able to break bad habit and make new
ones. Keeping track of progress and setting goals to achieve new levels of capability.
