Emory & Henry students enjoyed a night of celebration
and fireworks at this years pep rally last Friday night. Students, band
members, athletic teams, and alumni all gathered together in the football
stadium to kick off Homecoming weekend. The night consisted of a
performance by the dance team to start off the event followed by the
announcing of the homecoming court, all which led to the announcing of
this years Homecoming King. Football player, Joe Lewis was crowned
Homecoming King by last years crown holder, Jeremiah Jessee.

It feels great. Thanks to all my supporters. I love you all,

First runner-up was Mitch Carter nominated by the sisters of Alpha

Beta Chi and second runner-up was Christian McCarthy nominated by
Emory Activities Board. The pep rally then ended with a fireworks show.
