Learned (KWL)
Purpose: Sharing Knowledge and Skills
“KWL” helps staff focus on the desired result. It helps clarify what has been learned and
| what needs to be learned. It also helps prioritize the work to get to that result. In addition,
teams can use this for early sharing of knowledge and skills.
