ImgBurn - IBG File LICENSE TERMS

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE USING THE IBG FILES WRITTEN BY
THE SOFTWARE IMGBURN.
By using the software ImgBurn, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license for use
of its output IBG files. If you do not agree to these terms, promptly cease all further installation or
use of the software ImgBurn.
This software product and all IBG data files written by it, are protected by copyright laws and
international copyright treaties.
All rights not currently granted in this license agreement are reserved entirely to the authors. This
Agreement does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names,
trademarks, or any other rights, functions or licenses in respect of the Software. You may not decompile, reverse engineer and disassemble this software product or any data files it outputs. You
may not modify, or publish the data files the Software ImgBurn outputs without written consent of
its author.
USE OF THE IBG DATA FILES
The IBG data files output by the software ImgBurn are designed to be displayed in a graphical
form exclusively by the computer software known as DVDInfoPro which is the copyright of its
author. All other authors and software programs do not have permission to display the data and
information contained in the IBG files output by the software ImgBurn in any way whatsoever.
Permission is hereby granted to any person to publish the graphical displays of the IBG files the
software DVDInfoPro displays via its clipboard or snapshot functions, on the condition the
graphical images are not modified in any way once saved.
TERMINATION
This License shall remain in full force and effect unless and until terminated. This License will
terminate immediately, automatically and without notice if LICENSEE fails to comply with any
provision of this Agreement.
