Manual Journal Entries

Can you tell me what reports you use to review all manual journal
entries posted in SAP general ledger? Can I you use S_ALR_87012289
Compact Document Journal document types SA, SB, SU and SX to see
all manual journal entries posted?

You can use any line item report which has filtering by parameters you
need. If you want to have filtering by doc.type, then yes, you can use the
one you mentioned.
I usually stick to FBL3N.

do you filter the document type to show only the GL entries such as SA,
SB, SU, SX, XA, XB and YS?

FBL3N has an option to filter by document type.
But the question whether your list of doc.types covers all the options is
to you, not to me.
