external opportunities and threats it faces. SWOT involves in a project or in a business venture.
1. Strengths: internal characteristics of the business or project that give it an advantage
over others.

GravityLight is an environmental friendly product.

GravityLight just needs initial cost at the beginning; there is no need for electric bill later.

GravityLight has a reasonable cost in comparison to its huge value.


2. Weaknesses: are characteristics that place the team at a disadvantage relative to
others.

The brand is completely new in Vietnamese market.

Customers tend to be afraid at the high initial cost at the beginning but do not pay
attention to the value it offers.
3. Opportunities: elements that the project could exploit to its advantage.

Bringing environmental friendly products into Vietnamese market.

Changing the lifestyle, encouraging the off-grid lifestyle.


4. Threats: external elements in the environment that could cause trouble for the
business or project.

Green Solution would face some big rivals that already exist in Vietnamese market, such
as: Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company, Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask
Company, etc.

The rejection from some customers who may think that GravityLight is inconvenient.
