Editing Meeting Agenda Oct 10th

Overview of Editing Process

*Figure out how many people are on Editing Committee*

Weekly Goal: Maximum of 40 Prompts Checked Mon, Tues, Wed= 120
prompts approved per week
1. Designate 20 prompts to a pair of editors per day. Start small (15 at first)
2. All editors go one at a time or in pairs to look over these prompts and indicate
(somehow-we can discuss how) that a prompt has been checked by two people.
--Example-

Ellie and Amory take prompts #1-15 today

Cooper and Rachel take #16-30, etc.

*Change up the pairs every day (or week) to get varied points of view.
3. As editors do this, they should write down the names of authors they need to ask a
question about major phrasing.
4. Last step: *Very Important*
The original author reads through their edited prompts. Their approval matters before
the prompt is added to application.
