Judicial Branch

Structure of courts:
Unified alliances will count with a Supreme Court as its highest
Federal court; this court will consist of nine justices who
together will create most mass impact in our country. Our
intermediate court will be the Appellate court who will not
require a jury for they will only hear and revise the appeals of
lower courts. Federal district courts and State courts will both
be considered The two low level courts, in which Federal
district courts are to deal with cases involving violation of the
U.S constitution or federal laws and State courts will have one
judge for case responsible for cases involving traffic violations,
robbery or any matter of similar cases.
Nominations and elections of judges:
Judges are appointed by the president and confirmed by the
senate. Unified Alliances will not allow judges to be elected
because the country believes a Judge is to enforce laws and not
impress citizens. Judges shall be at no younger than thirty-five
years of age, and must have an associates degree in law school
with eight years of experience. Once appointed, a judge is to be
appointed for life unless retired, resigned or removed by
impeachment.
Power of courts and judges:
It shall be the Supreme Court who will have the power to
interpret laws. They will make sure laws are faithfully Applied
and will deal with cases involving disputes between states.
It shall be the Appellate courts who will review and change
outcomes of the decisions in lower courts and remand cases
for further processings.

It shall be the Federal district courts typically handle cases

dealing with the federal government and violations of the
federal institutions state to state disputes. State courts will be
given the power to appoint a new trial, or dismiss the trial.
