This raport is intented to point out some aspects about the poor funding of our self-study center at the
university. As you may know self-study is a procedure whereby an education program that describes,
evaluates, and subsequently improves the quality of its efforts. We started this program to improve the
quality of our learnin process but from its begining we faced a major problem, a financial one. Self-study is
a continous process that demands a lot of intellectual effort sustained by commitment and it goal is to
identificate, asses the strenght points and it limitations concluded with finding the steps necessary to
correct those limitations.
Returning to our problem, we concluded that we dont have enough support from the university and the
fundings for this program are small. Because of our small support we arent able to perform and sustain
this program, the lack of interest showed for this educational program put as in a difficult situation therefor
we must close it. Because I am in charge with this program I plegde in front of my fellow students that I will
try do get a funding raise for our program. In order to get that funding approval I sent to you this raport in

committees to coordinate the various tasks involved in this complex effort. Our program merely assign a
project director. One of the most important components of self-study is the data collected from the followup evaluation of a program's graduates and employers of those graduates. The quality of our program is
ultimately determined by whether it produces competent professionals. In most cases, assessment relates
to providers of clinical services to the public, but it can include research, teaching, administrative,
community, and professional leadership activities of graduates. If we have poor fundings the program
wont develop competent people in order to perform in various institutions wich leads to
