PUBLICITY RELEASE
For good and valuable consideration received by me, I hereby irrevocably grant to Deloitte
Consulting India Pvt. Ltd, its affiliates and related entities (Deloitte U.S. India), Deloitte LLP
and its subsidiaries (the Deloitte U.S. Firms), Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL)
and any and all DTTL associate and member firms(collectively hereinafter the Released
Parties) a royalty-free right to use and publish photographs or videos of me, my name ,
picture, likeness, voice, other indicia of persona, quotations and/or testimonials (collectively
Materials) in any and all media now or hereafter known, including, without limitation, on
the internal and external websites for Deloitte U.S. India in recruiting, marketing, training
and promotional materials and print advertisements, throughout the world in perpetuity, to
advertise, recruit, and promote Deloitte U.S. India.
I hereby (i) expressly release, discharge and waive all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of
any nature which may arise from, and (ii) covenant not to make any claims against, the
Released Parties as a result of, any and all loss or injury caused by or occurring as a result of
the exploitation of the rights granted hereunder. I understand that I am responsible for any
injury or damage that may arise out of my acts or omissions.

THE UNDERSIGNED ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ AND FULLY

UNDERSTANDS THE TERMS AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE EXECUTION AND
DELIVERY OF THIS RELEASE.
